1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HomeWatchr + HomeHandlr platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services.

2. Description of Service

HomeWatchr + HomeHandlr provides a platform connecting property owners (HomeOwnrs) with professional service providers:

• HomeWatchr Services: Regular property monitoring, inspections, and reporting
• HomeHandlr Services: Maintenance, repairs, and handyman services
• Platform Services: Scheduling, communication, payment processing, and insurance coverage

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

HomeOwnr Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate property information and access instructions
• Maintain current contact information
• Pay for services as agreed
• Report any issues or concerns promptly

Provider Responsibilities:

• Complete background checks and training requirements
• Provide services professionally and as scheduled
• Submit accurate reports and documentation
• Comply with all platform policies and procedures

4. Payment Terms

HomeWatchr Services:

• Starting at $75 per visit for up to 2500 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths
• Pricing adjusts based on property size and features
• Payment due upon completion of services
• Flexible scheduling based on your needs

HomeHandlr Services:

• Pricing quoted per project based on scope of work
• Payment due upon completion of services
• All payments processed through secure payment systems

5. Insurance and Liability

We maintain a $1,000,000 master insurance program covering:

• General liability for property damage
• Professional negligence coverage
• Theft and dishonesty protection
• Cyber and data breach coverage

Limitations: Coverage applies only to services performed through our platform. Maximum liability per incident is $50,000. Platform deductible is absorbed by the company.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is encrypted and stored securely. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws. Data is never sold to third parties.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Service Cancellation:

• Cancel scheduled visits with 24 hours notice
• No cancellation fees with proper notice
• Flexible rescheduling available

Service Refunds:

• Full refund if service not performed as scheduled
• Partial refunds for incomplete services
• Credit issued for provider cancellations

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Claims under $10,000 may be brought in small claims court. Class actions are waived.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Circumvent our platform for direct transactions
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Interfere with platform operations

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and users will be notified via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any legal proceedings must be brought in Wyoming courts.
